These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://volkranncrshakar.world operated by Volkranncrshakar, Fleminggatan 3, 112 26 Stockholm, Sweden.

By browsing, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you disagree, discontinue use.

You must be at least eighteen and capable of entering binding contracts. Products are for personal use unless we sign a separate wholesale agreement.

3. Product information

Oravelle capsules are sold as food supplements, not medicines. Labels on the physical product prevail if any difference appears online. Packaging artwork may change without prior notice; see product disclaimer on the homepage.

4. Orders and pricing

Displayed prices include applicable VAT where stated. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by obvious errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch notice.

5. Medical disclaimer

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Discuss supplements with a qualified clinician, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or using prescription medication.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks, photography, copy, and layout belong to Volkranncrshakar or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell materials without written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with security, introduce malware, harvest data, or impersonate others. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Swedish law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a given order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Stockholm have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects revisions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Territories, shipping, and promotional reach

Offers, prices, and delivery options depend on the destination you select at checkout. We may restrict sales or ads to jurisdictions where food supplements and online marketing are allowed. Geographically limited promotions are labelled as such and do not promise availability worldwide.

12. Paid media, listing integrity, and Google Ads-style rules

Any paid listings must present Oravelle as a food supplement without suggesting it prevents, treats, or cures disease, without before-and-after health claims, and without guaranteed outcomes. Creatives, extensions, and landing pages should match approved copy. Misleading discounts, hidden fees, or pressure tactics are prohibited. You may not use our marks or product shots in placements that break platform policies or local advertising law.
